1. It adopts full servo motor control, automatic constant tension, center rewinding mode, and the main machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation to maintain balanced operation during acceleration.
2. PLC automatic control, equipped with automatic meter counting, automatic stop alarm for residual material detection, and automatic stop after meter setting. Rewinding adopts front and rear double-station A and B air shaft mode, and hydraulic automatic unloading.
3. Equipped with a highly sensitive identification imported correction system, raw materials with uneven edges can also be cut normally at high speed.
4. It adopts combined circular knife slitting (automatic knife adjustment function can be selected for a fee), and high-pressure fan waste edge automatic removal device.
