Die-cutting and slitting need to be integrated into the printing machine to increase productivity and reduce manual intervention. 2) The size of the pattern on the label is very small, and the equipment with high printing precision and good stability is needed.

In response to the customer's requirements, we customized and added a circular die-cutting and a slitting device to the printing machine to achieve an integrated production line.

In order to cope with the customer's demand for small pattern size and high printing accuracy, we adjusted the thickness of the printing plate from the standard 1.7mm to 1.14mm to ensure finer and more stable printing results.
